This Information Notice Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law (“Information Notice”) has been drafted by SUSEY İTHALAT VE İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Tax Identification Number: 7840791908) (“SUSEY”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), for the purposes of:

providing explanations and informing visitors of the SUSEY Website (https://soucei.com/) (“Visitors”) regarding the processing of their personal data;
providing explanations and informing persons who wish to become members of SUSEY (“Members”) regarding the processing of their personal data;

Your personal data are shared with the parties located domestically and abroad, as listed below, for the purposes again set out below:

4. Ensuring The Security Of Personal Data

SUSEY makes utmost efforts to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Within this scope, necessary measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

5. Exercise Of Rights Regarding Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To request information if your personal data have been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of your personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
To object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems,
To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

As personal data subjects, you may submit your requests regarding your rights, your objections to the processing of your data and/or your request to withdraw your explicit consent for the processing and/or transfer of your data by filling out the Application Form and sending it to the address “…….”. Applications that do not meet the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority under the relevant legislation shall not be evaluated unless the additional information that may be requested from you in order to meet such conditions is completed.

SUSEY shall finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and/or within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, we would like to remind you that if an additional cost arises due to the fulfillment of your requests, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested.

SUSEY reserves the right to unilaterally update this Information Notice in the event of business requirements or legal requirements. We recommend that you regularly visit the relevant page of the site to access the most current version of this text.

You may also submit your requests physically and in writing by filling out the Application Form and sending it to Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Loft Residance No: 201 İç Kapı No: 43 Şişli/İstanbul through a notary public or by registered mail with return receipt.

You may prefer other methods specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
