A. General

The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) grants personal data subjects, who are defined as relevant persons (“Applicant”), the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

Pursuant to the KVKK, applications to be made in relation to these rights must be submitted to us in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) to SUSEY İTHALAT VE İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Tax Identification Number: 7840791908) (“SUSEY”), which is the data controller.

In addition, data subjects may have given explicit consent regarding the processing or transfer of their personal data, or the sending of commercial communications to them. Since giving explicit consent is a right strictly attached to the person, it is also possible to withdraw the explicit consent given. However, since the withdrawal of explicit consent has prospective effect, all activities carried out based on explicit consent shall only be stopped as of the moment the withdrawal declaration reaches SUSEY, and the withdrawal declaration shall become effective as of the moment it reaches SUSEY.

Within this framework, applications to be made to SUSEY “in writing” may be submitted to us by printing out this form and through the following methods:

By the Applicant’s personal application,
By signing it with a “secure electronic signature” as defined under the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending it to SUSEY’s registered electronic mail address,
Through a notary public.

Your applications submitted to us shall be responded to in writing or electronically within thirty days from the date on which your request reaches SUSEY, depending on the nature of the request, pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVKK

If data subjects wish to withdraw the explicit consents they have given regarding the processing or transfer of their personal data, or the sending of commercial communications to them, they must submit their requests in this regard to SUSEY in the manner explained above. The withdrawal declaration shall become effective as of the moment it reaches SUSEY, and SUSEY shall not be held responsible for any transactions carried out based on explicit consents before the withdrawal declaration reaches SUSEY.

For the purpose of ensuring better data security, SUSEY reserves the right to request additional documents and information for identity and authorization verification.

If the information you provide herein is inaccurate, outdated or unlawful, SUSEY shall not be liable for any claims arising from such inaccurate information or unlawful application.
