Article 1 - General Information

Article 2 - Right of Withdrawal

Except for the exceptions set forth in the applicable legislation and in the Distance Sales Agreement, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is strongly recommended that you check whether the product you are purchasing falls within the scope of an exception to the right of withdrawal through the relevant product page, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the product. In cases such as separate delivery of products subject to a single order, products consisting of multiple parts or regular delivery of products over a certain period, the starting date of the withdrawal period shall be determined in accordance with the applicable legislation and contractual provisions.

Article 3 - Withdrawal Notice

It is sufficient for the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal to be directed to the Seller before the withdrawal period expires. Article 4 - Return Shipment

Unless the Seller has offered to collect the goods itself, the Consumer must return the product to the Seller or to the person authorized by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer sent the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If the Consumer returns the product through the carrier specified by the Seller, the return cost may be charged to the Consumer, provided that it does not exceed the delivery cost. If the product is returned through a carrier other than the carrier specified by the Seller, the Consumer shall be responsible for the return cost.
If the carrier designated for returns does not have a branch at the Consumer's location, the Seller shall ensure that the product intended to be returned is collected from the Consumer without requesting any additional cost.

Article 5 - Condition of the Product to Be Returned

The product to be returned must be sent together with its invoice, box, packaging and, if any, standard accessories, complete and undamaged.

During the withdrawal period, the Consumer should inspect the product only in accordance with its functioning, technical specifications and instructions for use. If the product is used beyond these limits, damaged, suffers a loss in value or is intentionally damaged, the exercise of the right of withdrawal may be affected.

Article 6 - Refund

If the right of withdrawal is duly exercised and the product is returned, the Seller shall refund all payments collected, including the delivery cost paid by the Consumer, if any, in accordance with the periods and conditions set out in the applicable legislation and relevant agreements.

If the product has been delivered to the carrier specified in the Preliminary Information Form, the refund period starts from the date on which the product is delivered to such carrier; if it has been returned through a different carrier, the refund period starts from the date on which the product reaches the Seller. The refund shall be made within 14 (fourteen) days, in a single payment, using a method compatible with the payment instrument used by the Consumer at the time of purchase and without imposing any cost or obligation on the Consumer.

Article 7 - Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

In the cases specified in the applicable legislation, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised. In this context, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may arise particularly in relation to the following products and contracts:

  1. Contracts for goods whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets and is not under the Seller's control. Products such as gold and silver sold under the SUSEY brand may be considered within this scope.
  2. Products prepared in line with the Consumer's requests or personal needs, or products that are personalized or custom-made. Certain products sold under the SUSEY brand may be considered within this scope.
  3. Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
  4. Other products and services regulated as exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation.

Whether the exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to a specific order shall be determined by evaluating the nature of the product together with the relevant product page, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
